Marion was born on August 18, 1963, to Elvis and Barbara Jackson in Fort Worth, Texas.
She was called home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on February 9, 2022.
Marion was a beloved wife, and homemaker as well as working in security at the Dallas Museum of Art and holding various positions at Mineral Heights Christian Academy. Marion also raised chickens and became an accomplished chicken whisperer.
She is survived by her husband Timothy Fortner, mother Barbara Henson, stepmother Joyce Jackson, daughters Heather Beaird and husband Justin, Natosha Plummer and husband David, Haley Smith and husband Allen, stepdaughter Carol Fortner, stepsons, Billy Fortner and wife Lisa, Christian Fortner and wife Taylor, sister Heidi Henson, brothers, Ronny Jackson and wife Sonja, Donny Jackson and wife Karen, stepbrothers, Rodney Anthony and wife Tammy, David Anthony and wife Darlene and many grandchildren.
Marion was preceded in death by her father Elvis Jackson, stepfather Bruno Henson and sister Vickie Jackson.
She loved her family, her church and her church family at Mineral Heights Baptist Church. Family and friends are invited to visit at the church at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday February 19th. The memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. after the visitation.
