Martha Ann Howard, 81, of Greenville, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Hunt Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Allen City Cemetery, Allen, Texas with Dr. John T. Tate and Rev. David Howard. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
Martha was born in Pilot Point, Texas on October 16, 1937 to W. T. and Helen Boggess Goad. She married Rev. Ronald Dee Howard on June 15, 1957 in Durant, Oklahoma. Martha worked as a school teacher and an accountant. She was a member of Central Christian Church.
Martha is survived by her son, Allen Howard of Trophy Club; daughter, Deanna Patterson and husband, Ed of Greenville; grandchildren, Kelly and Todd Hamilton of Greenville, Matthew and Rachel Patterson of Arlington, Drew and Leah Patterson of Greenville, Kristen and Adam McAbee of Little Elm, Kaitlin and Josh Faggard of Royse City, Tyler Patterson of Arlington, Pearson and Melanie Patterson of Greenville; Peyton Patterson of Frisco, Keane Patterson of Arlington, Kierian and Jarred Donnenwerth, Tucker Patterson and Kettianna Patterson all of Greenville and 18 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband and one sister.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Patterson, Drew Patterson, Tyler Patterson, Pearson Patterson, Peyton Patterson, Keane Patterson and Tucker Patterson.
