Services for Pamela Joyce (Wooden) Patterson will be held on Saturday, July 20, at 2:00 P.M. at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan. Pam went home to the Lord on July 18, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Pam was born on Friday, February 5, 1960, to parents Jerrel Wooden and Lula (Bowman) Wooden in Dallas, TX. She met Harold “Tiny” O’Neal, and they were married on September 2, 1991, in Able Springs, TX; for 25 years, together they raised four children until his death in 2016. She married her final love, Dennis Patterson, on February 25, 2017, in Able Springs, TX.
During her time on Earth, Pam was a caretaker. She lived her life to serve others and bring joy to their lives. Though she loved to be around others, she found solitude in her flower beds or by her sewing machine. She also saw a passion for traveling and enjoyed the little breaks from the rush of life. She had the ability to bake love into every dessert that she made. Her recipes will be passed down for generations to come. She is best known as a loving mother, wife, and grandmother
She found community with her church home at First Baptist Church of Quinlan and her volunteer work with the Able Springs Fire Department. She was an EMT until recent years.
She was greeted in Heaven by her parents, first husband, brother Jerry Wooden, nephew Jason Wooden and his fiancé Kelleye Pratt, and sister and brother-in-law Bonita and Gene Kremling
She leaves behind her husband, Dennis Patterson; daughters, Brandy Fojt and fiancé Taylor Kotrla and Shannon Quick and husband Johnny; sons, A.J. Fojt Jr. and wife Ashley and Nathan Fojt and wife Jennifer; bonus daughters, Rachael, Ashley, and Erica Patterson; sister Rnee and husband Bruce Page, and sister-in-law Cindy Crecy and five grandchildren.
