Peggy Ann McRoy, age 56, of Quinlan passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020. A Celebration of her Life will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Ingram Funeral Home in Quinlan with Bro. Todd Burns officiating. Immediately following the service there will be a gathering of friends at VFW Post 2559 in West Tawakoni. Everyone is welcome.
Peggy Ann McRoy was born on August 3, 1964 in Millers Grove, Texas. Peggy lived in North Carolina, Sulphur Springs and Lone Oak before moving to Quinlan in 1997. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Brian Blissett in 1993 and Jimmy Barnhart on March 10, 2019.She was an avid collector of Betty Boop and an incredibly talented artist of wooden lawn art. She will be remembered for her huge heart of gold and sweet nature. She savored the simple things in life and enjoyed seeing others happy. She never had an unkind word to say about anyone and was always good to others. She had a very forgiving heart and honest nature.
She is loved and will be missed by her husband, Terry Loveless of Quinlan; mother, Norma Kay McRoy Wilson of Cash; son, Sammie Joe Edwards and fiancé Lisa of Quinlan; stepson, Johnathan Hayes of Forney; sisters, Barbara Brawner of Wichita Falls, Kim Jennings and husband Scott of Tawakoni, Linda Pinson of Quinlan, and Tammy Blissett of Tawakoni; Grandchildren, Jayden and Padan; and nephews and nieces; Randy, Cody, Megan, Savannah, Melinda, Lisa, Brittany, Amber and Nathan.
