Samuel Wayne Minter, 78 of Greenville, TX passed away on September 20, 2019. He was born on March 12, 1941 to Carl and Bernice Minter in Seminole, OK. Samuel enjoyed collecting knives, going to flea markets and yard and estate sales, he loved to witness for his church.
Samuel is survived by his loving wife, Janis Minter; Son, Carl Minter; daughters, Linda Jones and her husband James and Kayte Minter; grandchildren, Ginny Dixon and her husband Chris,Wayne, Thomas, Tim, Michael and Keasha Lowery; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Lexie, and Clark; great-great-grandchild, Kolten; sisters, Sue Presley and Joan Jones; sister in law, Lou Hamilton; brother in law Jackie Hamilton
Samuel is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Carl Minter and David Minter.
A Funeral Service will be held at Lynch Funeral Service in Greenville, TX on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM. With a visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow service in Lynch Memorial Park.
