Shirley Jannett McManus, a beloved member of the community, passed away in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She was born in Leonard, Texas, and dedicated her life to a career as a waitress in the food service industry.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Gonzales, who will always cherish the memories they shared together. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Lorenzo Torres and his wife Julie, Angel Torres, Raymond King, and Katherine Avalos. Shirley’s legacy lives on through her great-granddaughter, Alice Avalos. In addition to her immediate family, Shirley leaves behind many other relatives and friends who were touched by her kindness and warmth.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents.

Shirley was known for her caring nature and unwavering dedication to those she loved. Her friendly smile and compassionate heart will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
