Teddy Pecina, 65, of Wolfe City, Texas, passed away on February 16, 2020 at his residence. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Larry Combs and Dr. Larry Morris officiating. Burial will be in Merit Cemetery.
Mr. Pecina was born in Rockwall, Texas to Eleuterio Pecina and Betty Sue Wilkerson on April 22, 1954. He married Rita Diane Dickeson on July 19, 1971 in Rockwall, Texas. He retired from Auto Zone as a Commercial Specialist. He was a member of Paradise Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Rita Diane Pecina; sons, Teddy Pecina and wife Lisa, Scotty Pecina and wife Brandy, Carl Pecina and wife Tiffany; daughters; Diane Wright and husband Mark, Lynn Watkins and husband Josh; brothers, Richard Pecina and wife Erin, Andy Pecina and wife Janna; sisters, Brenda Ramirez, Janet Olson and husband Gene, Lorie Sadler and husband Charles, Linda Gillard and husband Andrew, Cathy Terry and husband Steve, Nanette Mason and husband Keith, Karen Tapley, Laticha Jarrett and husband Jason; twenty-one grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Terrie Squires.
Pallbearers will be Chad Simmons, Garrett Greer, Derick Linton, Cody Watkins, Robert Krodle, Greg Loftin and Rowdy Day.
