Thomas Burton Andrews, 81, of Wolfe City, passed away on May 22, 2021, surrounded by his family.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Park St. Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Hailes and Chaplain Richard Moore officiating.  Burial will follow at Laurel Oaks Cemetery in Mesquite.  Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. at the church until service time.  Services are under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.

Tom was born January 5, 1940 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Houston B. and Martha R. Garrett Andrews.  He married Norma Jean Cobb, his forever sweetheart in 1961.  He was a fire fighter in Mesquite, Texas for 10 years and worked for Sears for 35 years.  Throughout his years he enjoyed camping and anything outdoors. He was a member and deacon at Park St. Baptist Church.

Tom is survived by his wife, Jeanie Andrews; son, Dean Andrews and wife, Amye all of Wolfe City; brothers, Jimmy Andrews and wife, Pat of Wichita Falls, Dale Andrews and wife, Julie of North Richland Hills; grandchildren, Chaffin Andrews and wife, Jessica, Sarah Booth and husband, Guner; great-grandchildren, Brannan Booth and Emmie Jane Booth.

He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Mark Andrews.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Chaffin Andrews, Guner Booth; brothers, Jimmy Andrews, Dale Andrews; and friends Jerry Anderson, Jerry Brian, Derek Brian and Paul Jones.
