Jaylen is survived by his mom, Jessica Clark and pops, Fred Moore Jr. both of Greenville, big brother, Christian Clark; sisters, Adara Haten, Octavia Mapps & Damonika Webb; grandmother, Mary Moore; uncles, DJ, Michael & Kevin; aunts, Monique, Latria & Tomekar; a host of cousins, other relatives, friends, teachers and coaches.
He was preceded in death by his uncle Steven Smith Jr, his grandparents Roy & Ursula Clark, and his grandfather Fred Moore Sr.
