Neva Nell Arrington, 83, of Greenville, passed away on October 16, 2023, in Greenville. A memorial service will be at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, October 22, 2023, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cody Pope officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. until service time.
Mrs. Arrington was born in Delta County, Texas to Raymond Johnson and Cloteen Loper on February 29, 1940. She married Charles Arrington in 1982 and worked as a hairdresser.
She is survived by her sons, Troy Wallace and wife, Linda of Lone Oak, Bryant Wallace of Spring and Justin Arrington and wife, Cindy of Boise, Idaho; daughters, Jamie Wallace Brumit and husband, Benton of Lone Oak, and Eva Wallace Green and husband, Barry of Greenville; brother, Alex Johnson, sisters; Marna Beth Bates, Grace Foster, and Rama Littlewalker; thirteen grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Arrington; son, Chad Wallace; step-son, Ashley Arrington; parents; brothers, John Johnson and Victor Johnson; and grandson, Daniel Wells.
