Sandy Chappell, 65 of Greenville, TX passed away on June 5, 2020 at her residence. She was born on December 29, 1954 to Helen Hayes-Burt in Norfolk, Virginia. Sandy enjoyed cooking, reading, sewing, gardening, and traveling. She loved her grandchildren and doing crafts with them.
Sandy is survived by her daughters, Olivia Greer and her husband Harmon, Rachel Simpson and Brett Bumgarner; grandchildren, Laine, Gauge, Rylee, Noah, and Rayne; siblings, Sharon Senn, Susan Pickle, Mike Burt, Amy Childress, Lisa Childress, Randy Sweat. Long time friend and father of Rachel and Olivia, David Chappell. Numerous nieces and nephews, along with a host of loving relatives and friends.
Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Helen ;siblings, Ruby Carter, Randy Hayes, Christy Flournoy, and surrogate mother, Diane Hendrix.
A Memorial Service will be held at Lynch Funeral Service Chapel in Greenville, TX on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 1 PM.
