Thea Marie Melton, 67, of Greenville, passed away on March 29, 2023 in Greenville. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at New Beginnings Church of Greenville. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Melton was born March 29, 1956, in Deer Lodge, Montana to Alvin Springer and Maude Grapes. She married William Melton on June 29, 1992, in Greenville, Texas. She worked as an Inventory Control Clerk and was a member of Westview United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, William Melton; step-son, Ashley Foster; brother, Tim Springer; brothers-in-law, Brad Melton and wife, Tonya, Tom Melton; sisters-in-law, Kathy McDonald, Shirley Melton, and Christie Melton; grandson, Gideon Foster; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Maggie Roseboom, Janet Springer; grandson, Allen Foster; step-son, Thomas Harper; and nephew, Curtis Springer.
