Annette Melvina Forkey Black, 65, of Campbell passed away peacefully at her residence in the early morning of Wednesday, April 27, 2022.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Brigham Cemetery in Campbell, TX.
